Product Description
The disposable filters are designed and cut to the specific needs of a ResMed AirSense™ or AirCurve™ machine. The intake area of the machine is a certain size and should only use the proper filters designed for that machine to ensure proper filtration.
CPAP and VPAP machines take room air| filters the air pollutants| then provide the user when filtrated positive airway pressure. Without the air filter| the user would be breathing the air quality that is in the room with no added filtration. The machine is comparable to a home furnace in functionality and should be thought of the same when changing the filters.
These filters are NOT designed to be cleaned. If one gets wet| dirty or torn| throw it away and replace with a new one. It is common to replace the disposable filters on a monthly basis or sooner depending on the user's environment.

Recommended Replacement Schedule
- Tube Hose: Every 1-3 Months (or as needed)
- Foam Filters: Every 1-3 Months (or as needed); wash weekly
- Ultra Fine Filters: Every Month (or as needed)
- Water Chamber: Every 3-6 Months (or as needed); wash daily
